Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method synthesizing a phenanthrene compound in a sodium hydroxide environment, wherein the phenanthrene compound is presented by formula (I). The method comprises: under an inert gas environment, when a catalyst, an organic ligand, and sodium hydroxide are present, a formula (II) compound and formula (III) compound undergo a reaction in a solvent to obtain a formula (I) compound, wherein R1 and R2 are independently an H, a C1-C6 alkyl, a C1-C6 alkyloxy or a halogen. R3 is a C6-C10 aryl or a C5-C8 heteroaryl optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituent groups, and the substituent groups are a C1-C6 alkyl or halogen. The method obtains a good effect by selecting a suitable catalyst, organic ligand, and base and solvent, and has a wide prospect for industrial applications.
