Abstract:
A method for synthesizing rosavin, comprising the steps of: using trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate to catalyze 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-L-arabinofuranoside trichloroacetimide ester and ethyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-beta-D-thioglucopyranoside to react, then adding beta-(E)-cinnamyl alcohol, NIS, and TfOH in sequence to continue the reaction to completion, and performing separation to obtain a crude intermediate; and reacting the crude intermediate with sodium methoxide in methanol, and performing separation and purification to obtain rosavin.
