Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and system for correcting a candle wick and a candle production line. The root space coordinates and end space coordinates of candle wicks and the angles of the candle wicks projected to a horizontal plane are acquired by means of 3D imaging of a candle imaging mechanism, so as to calculate the clamping space coordinates and straightening space coordinates for correcting the candle wicks. A control module controls a candle wick correction mechanism according to the calculated data, and a manipulator of the candle wick correction mechanism drives a clamping jaw to automatically correct a candle wick requiring a correction. Thus, a mechanical automatic system is provided for replacing manual operation, improving automation level, thereby improving the working efficiency of candle wick correction. Defective products can be detected and transferred to a defective product recycling position for further treatment, improving the yield rate of candles. The present invention is used for the technical field of candle production and manufacturing.
