Abstract:

Provided are a method and a system for detecting health data by a smart watch. The method comprises transmitting infrared detection signal (101); receiving reflected signal of the infrared detection signal (102); and detecting user's blood oxygen and heartbeat data according to the reflected signal. The system includes a transmitting unit (201), a receiving unit (202) and a detection unit (203). The method and the system have the advantage of high detection precision.
