Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and system for determining foundation bearing capacity during high-speed hydraulic tamping in real time. Four wireless acceleration sensors are evenly disposed along edges of a tamping plate, and the positioning tamping point of each wireless acceleration sensor is determined; soil is subjected to multiple times of tamping with a certain tamping force; the tamping plate acceleration peak value change tendency changes from quick to slow, then tends to be stable, and finally is stabilized within a certain range, and a relation curve of the number of times of tamping and the tamping plate acceleration peak value is determined; different loads are applied to the foundation, and corresponding settling volumes under different loads are obtained; by taking the settling volume as the abscissa and the load as the ordinate, coordinate axes are built, test data tracing points are connected in sequence using a smooth curve so as to obtain a settling volume-load curve, and the curve is fitted; the relation of the number of times of tamping and the foundation bearing capacity is obtained; in combination with the two relation curves, the relation curve of the acceleration and the foundation bearing capacity can be obtained, and the magnitude of the foundation bearing capacity at a certain moment in the hydraulic tamping work is determined using an acceleration index.
