Abstract:
The present application relates to a method and system for performing ore pre-dressing on the basis of hierarchical array-type intelligent dressing. The method comprises: acquiring parameter information of ore to be processed, and according to the parameter information, determining the quantity of intelligent dressing apparatuses and a dressing hierarchical structure of a plurality of intelligent dressing apparatuses for hierarchical array-type intelligent dressing; according to the dressing hierarchical structure of the plurality of intelligent dressing apparatuses, determining a granularity hierarchical structure for performing multi-level granularity processing on said ore; associating each dressing level in the dressing hierarchical structure with a corresponding granularity level in the granularity hierarchical structure, so as to form a multi-level ore processing structure comprising at least two processing levels; and on the basis of the multi-level ore processing structure, performing ore pre-dressing on said ore, so as to obtain ore that meets a predetermined granularity requirement.
