Abstract:
A method and system for real-time pickup and delivery of a robot on the basis of stations. Said method comprises the following steps: receiving order information entered by a courier; generating a target delivery mode of a delivery order according to a preset determination flow; when a self-service pickup mode is used, guiding the courier to place an item in a target self-service pickup shelf, and sending a pickup code to a corresponding receiver; and when a robot delivery mode is used, invoking a target robot located in a robot standby area to complete the delivery order. In the method, the conventional smart cabinet and the robot are combined, and a self-service pickup mode and a robot delivery mode can be selected according to the requirements of the user, making the whole delivery process simple and flexible, providing the user with a smart service which is efficient, convenient and automated, thereby improving the user experience.
