Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a system using cold plasma for reduction of processing contaminants in processed agricultural products. Proposed according to one embodiment of the present invention is a method for reducing processing contaminants formed from high-temperature processing of agricultural products or preprocessed products produced by preprocessing agricultural products, and in particular, a method of reducing processing contaminants from processed agricultural products by using cold plasma, the method comprising a processing contaminants reduction step of performing a cold plasma treatment on process products produced by high-temperature processing of agricultural products or preprocessed products thereof, thereby reducing processing contaminants formed by high-temperature processing. In addition, a system using cold plasma for reduction of processing contaminants is proposed.
