Abstract:
A method for transmitting, by a terminal of a vulnerable road user (VRU), a signal in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method may comprise: transmitting, via a first channel, a message associated with the state of the VRU; receiving, from a network, a message associated with a safety service of the VRU; and on the basis of determining that the terminal is located within a predetermined geographical area by using the message associated with the safety service of the VRU, transmitting a message associated with the state of the VRU via a second channel different from the first channel. In addition, the determination may be performed on the basis of comparing the location of the terminal with the information associated with a geographical area of the message associated with the safety service of the VRU.
