Abstract:
A method for using a high-precision thermal grinder to implement the production of high-quality fibre, the thermal grinder comprising a grinder housing A (1) and a grinder housing B (2) connected together, the combination of grinder housing A (1) and grinder housing B (2) forming a thermal grinding chamber, a static grinding piece (4) and a moving grinding piece (5) being provided in the thermal grinding chamber, the inner side surfaces of the static grinding piece (4) and the moving grinding piece (5) being mutually fitting grinding surfaces, and an axial fine-tuning mechanism (10) being provided on a grinding shaft (6) and being used for adjusting the gap between the static grinding piece (4) and the moving grinding piece (5), such that the specifications of the ground fibre meet requirements, and high-quality fibre is produced. The thermal grinder has a simple structure, low price, stable operation, no vibration, low motor power, and high breaking and decomposition efficiency.
