Abstract:
Disclosed herein are methods, devices, and apparatuses, including computer programs stored on computer-readable media, for preventing denial-of-service attacks on a blockchain system. One of the methods includes: retrieving a decryption key DK from a k-th block of a blockchain; determining whether an encrypted transaction to be included in a block subsequent to the k-th block is valid based on the decryption key DK; and in response to a determination that the encrypted transaction to be included in the block subsequent to the k-th block is invalid, rejecting the encrypted transaction.
