Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a micro-interface preparation system and method for cyclic carbonate, the micro-interface preparation system comprising: a stirring kettle and a carboxylation reaction kettle, the stirring kettle and the carboxylation reaction kettle both being filled with an ionic liquid catalyst; a side surface of the stirring vessel is provided with a micro-interface unit, the micro-interface unit being composed of a plurality of micro-interface generators, a main pipeline leading into the micro-interface unit being simultaneously connected to an oxidant delivery pipeline and two branch pipelines of an olefin delivery pipeline, carbon dioxide being introduced into the micro-interface unit from a gas source delivery pipeline, and the carbon dioxide, oxidant, and olefin entering the interior of the micro-interface unit in order to be used for breaking the carbon dioxide gas into micron-level micro bubbles. The micro-interface preparation system of the present invention increases the phase boundary mass transfer area between the carbon dioxide and cyclic carbonate formed in situ during the carboxylation reaction process, performing full mixing and then performing the carboxylation reaction.
