Abstract:
Disclosed are a micro-interface strengthening reaction system and method for preparing poly-α-olefin. The system comprises a first polymerization reactor (11) and a second polymerization reactor (12), which are sequentially connected, wherein a first micro-interface generator (111) is arranged outside the first polymerization reactor (11), and a second micro-interface generator (121) is arranged in the second polymerization reactor (12); and a discharge port (123) is provided in the bottom of the second polymerization reactor (12), and the discharge port (123) is connected to a hydrogen halide removal tower (2). According to the system, after a micro-interface generator is arranged on a pre-polymerization reactor and a micro-interface generator set is arranged on a polymerization reactor, the mass transfer area between a gas phase material and a liquid phase material is increased, the reaction efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced; and in addition, gas-liquid phase mixing is more uniform, obtained poly-α-olefin has a higher uniformity, and the product quality is improved.
