Abstract:
Microbial oil and a preparation method therefor. In the microbial oil, the content of glycidyl ester is less than 0.01 ppm, the content of chloropropanol is less than 0.1 ppm, and the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is less than 0.5 µg/kg. The preparation method relates to performing absorption treatment on primary microbial oil by means of an adsorbent resin column. The average pore diameter of the resin is 6.5-17 nm.
