Abstract:
A microphone according to the present invention comprises: a case in which a recess having an open upper portion is formed; a diaphragm part that is located on the recess and is formed to have elasticity so as to be variably displaced by sound waves; a vibrating member that includes a hinge part protruding in the width direction of the diaphragm part to be connected to a circumferential part of the case, and twisted by the displacement variation of the diaphragm part; a piezoelectric module that is formed on the diaphragm part so as to be parallel to the lengthwise direction of the diaphragm part, and generates a current through the displacement variation of the diaphragm part; an external electrode part provided in the circumferential part of the case; and an inner electrode part that is formed on the piezoelectric module to have a predetermined pattern, and includes a first electrode and a second electrode connected to the external electrode part via the hinge part.
