Abstract:
A microscopic imaging apparatus and an illumination chip (8) thereof, an imaging method, an electronic device (30), and a medium. The illumination chip (8) comprises: an illumination array structure, which comprises a substrate (81) and a plurality of illumination units (83) that are periodically distributed on the substrate (81); and an illumination well (84), which is disposed on a surface of the illumination array structure on which the illumination units (83) extend. A plurality of placement units (841) for placing samples (9) on are divided on the illumination well (84); and each placement unit (841) is individually distributed on a corresponding illumination unit (83), the illumination units (83) being used to: when irradiated by a light source (1), generate surface plasma structured light so as to excite a fluorescent dye in the sample (9) on a corresponding placement unit (841), and to generate a fluorescent signal. According to the microscopic imaging apparatus and the illumination chip (8) thereof and the imaging method, for biological samples (9) arranged in an array, selective excitation of the samples (9) is effectively achieved by changing the illumination angle of incident light and the resolution can be effectively improved, thereby effectively reducing the number of raw images.
