Abstract:
Disclosed is a microscopic imaging device for a pressure-adjustable flow field. The microscopic imaging device comprises: a pressure measuring module (21), a pressurizing module (22), a sealed flow channel module (23), a pipeline (25) and a microscope (26). The pressurizing module (22) is connected to the sealed flow channel module (23) through the pipeline (25), and provides hydrostatic pressure for the sealed flow channel module (23) in the case that the sealed flow channel module (23) is full with fluid. The pressure measuring module (21) comprises two parts, wherein a first part is connected to the top of the pressurizing module (22) in order to measure the air pressure applied at the top of the pressurizing module (22), and a second part is connected to a position near a sample (34) in a flow channel (32) within the sealed flow channel module (23) in order to measure flow static pressure. A lower wall of the flow channel (32) is provided with a position wherein the sample (34) can be disposed, and a lens of the microscope (26) is provided as a view window (33) facing an upper wall of the flow channel (32).
