Abstract:
A microwave and gas-fired hybrid heating roller kiln, a roller kiln body (100) thereof comprising a first heating section (110) and a second heating section (120) connected in sequence, where a gas-fired heating apparatus is provided in the first heating section (110), and a microwave heating apparatus is provided in the second heating section (120). With the gas-fired heating apparatus provided in the first heating section (110) and the microwave heating apparatus provided in the second heating section (120), when a product is passed through the first heating section (110), a temperature increase is brought forth to the outer surface of the product being heated by hot air in the first heating section (110), the product is then passed through the second heating section (120), and a rapid temperature increase is brought forth to the interior of the product by a microwave emitted by the microwave heating apparatus. By combining gas-fired heating and microwave heating, in addition to retaining the advantages of low per-calorific costs of fuel gases and strong penetration of microwaves, respective disadvantages found in each are also overcome, thus greatly reducing a firing cycle for the product, and further increasing the yield in a unit time.
