Abstract:
A miniature multilayer ceramic bandpass filter, comprising a central laminated body (100) and a filter circuit (200) provided in the central laminated body (100). The central laminated body (100) comprises multiple carrying units (Z1, Z2, Z3) that are laminated from top to bottom; each carrying unit (Z1, Z2, Z3) consists of multiple layers of dielectric substrates that are laminated from top to bottom; the filter circuit (200) comprises at least four first transmission zero point structures that are sequentially connected in series and at least four second transmission zero point structures that are sequentially connected in series; each first transmission zero point structure generates a transmission zero point within a stop band above a pass band; each second transmission zero point structure generates a transmission zero point in the stop band below the pass band; at least one first transmission zero point structure and at least one second transmission zero point structure are separately used as an arrangement unit, and each arrangement unit is provided on one carrying unit (Z1, Z2, Z3). The present invention can generate at least four transmission zero points in the stop band above the pass band and generate at least four transmission zero points in the stop band below the pass band, and thus not only is excellent in performance, but also can ensure a very small size.
