Abstract:
New isolated miRNAs from plant, which are selected from miRNAs as shown in SEQ
ID NO: 1-SEQ ID NO: 137 or the miRNAs complementary to any one of the sequences as
shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-SEQ ID NO: 137. The miRNA precursors and the nucleotide construct
that can be transcribed into the miRNA precursors in plant cell. Chip produced
by utilizing the miRNAs, kit comprising the chip and a method for detecting miRNAs
expression profiles in plant by using the miRNA chip.
