Abstract:
Provided are a mirror actuator capable of avoiding contact between adjacent spring members and preventing the breakage of the spring members due to the load applied to the spring members while a mirror rotation part rotates, and a beam irradiator and a laser radar equipped with the mirror actuator. The mirror actuator is equipped with a plurality of wires (19a - 19d) which is disposed parallel to a pan shaft (12) and connects a pan coil unit (15) and an inner unit. One ends of the wires (19a - 19d) are secured to wire fixing substrates (191, 192) on the inner unit side at positions substantially arranged on a first circle with the pan shaft (12) as the center, and the other ends of the wires (19a - 19d) are secured to the wire fixing substrates (191, 192) on the inner unit side at positions substantially arranged on a second circle with the pan shaft (12) as the center.
