Abstract:
This mirror driving mechanism is provided with: a plate-like base; a mirror installed on the base; and a temperature detection unit that is installed on the base and that detects the temperature of the base. The base includes: a thin part that is disposed away from the outer edge of the base and that has a through-hole penetrating the base in the plate thickness direction; a thick part that is connected to the thin part, that has a thickness larger than that of the thin part in the plate thickness direction of the base, and that extends along the outer edge so as to surround the thin part; and a first shaft that extends from the outer circumference of the through-hole to the inside of the through-hole. With respect to the thin part, the mirror is supported by the first shaft in such a manner as to oscillate by resonance with the first shaft serving as the oscillation axis.
