Abstract:
Provided is a mirror support mechanism capable of alleviating deformation caused by compressive force or tensile force occurring in a support member. This mirror support mechanism supports a reflection mirror 1 which has a supported part 4 provided to a rear surface that is on the reverse side from a reflection surface 3 which reflects light. The mirror support mechanism is provided with three first support members 9 and three second support members 10. The first support members 9 have: a mirror support parts 9A which respectively contact and support three supported surfaces 5 that are disposed so as to have rotational symmetry at 120 degrees around the optical axis LX of the supported part 4; and first beam parts 9B which are connected at either side of the mirror support parts 9A. The second support members 10 have: support parts 10A to which are connected the ends of two adjacent first beam parts 9B on the side not connected to the mirror support parts 9A; and second beam parts 10B which are connected at either side of the support parts 10A, and the ends of which on the side not connected to the support parts 10A are supported by a structure member 2 present on the rear surface side of the reflection mirror 1.
