Abstract:
A mitochondria targeting compound, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The structure of the mitochondria targeting compound is as shown in formula I or formula II, wherein R1 and R2 are each independently selected from hydrogen atom or alkyl substituents, and alkyl refers to linear or branched saturated alkyl of C1-C5; n is an integer selected from 1-18; and X- is selected from halogen atoms. Said compound can specifically target mitochondria, and has good anti-tumor activity.
