Abstract:
A quantitative mixed sample test method and apparatus for chemical test items of a consumer product. The test method comprises: according to parameters such as regulatory limit requirements, uncertainty of measurement, the amount of mixed samples, a sample mixing ratio, etc., calculating the maximum number of mixed samples that can ensure the accuracy of a test result; then establishing a searchable table according to a relationship between a pass rate, the number of mixed samples, and reduced workload; for different items under test, directly querying the table to acquire reduced workloads corresponding to different numbers of mixed samples; and when the number of mixed samples does not exceed a maximum value and corresponds to the greatest reduced workload, determining that said number of mixed samples is the optimal number of mixed samples, and performing mixed sample testing according to said number of mixed samples. The invention reduces workload, improves test efficiency, and ensures reliable test results.
