The present invention relates to a mobile double-layer pistol case, comprising a case body, a front side drawer and an upper flip cover. Openings are arranged on a front side and an upper end surface of the case body. The front side drawer is installed within the opening located on the front side. A drawer lock ring and a flip cover lock ring are installed at a middle part of a rear side of the front side drawer and at a front part of a lower end of the upper flip cover, respectively. A first lock member that matches the flip cover lock ring is installed in a control panel, and a second lock member that matches the drawer lock ring is installed on a rear side wall of the front side opening. Two independent password keypads are arranged on the control panel, the two independent password keypads being connected to an unlocking motor within the first lock member and the second lock member by using a cable by means of a circuit board in the control panel. The present invention has the features of being easy to operate, two password locks respectively controlling two storage places, being easy to carry, having high safety performance, a lockset not being easily damaged and so on.
