Abstract:
Provided is a mobile monitoring device based on a public network, the device comprising a camera, a microphone, a video capture card, a processor, a wireless network card, a communication base station and a mobile terminal, wherein the communication base station provides a communication network; the camera and the microphone are respectively connected to the video capture card, and electrical signals of the camera and the microphone are converted into digital signals; the video capture card is connected to the processor; and the processor is connected to the communication network by means of the wireless network card, and sends the digital signals from the video capture card to the mobile terminal covered by the communication network. According to the mobile monitoring device based on a public network provided in the present invention, and based on a public communication network, the construction cost is low, the use is convenient, and a terminal can be arranged movably, so that a person can understand the situation of a monitored place at any time and from anywhere.
