Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mobile parking ticket issuing system and method, and a mobile parking management system and method using the mobile parking ticket issuing system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mobile parking ticket issuing system and method, wherein a caller selects a parking lot at an arbitrary location and a parking lot fare discount method and transmits a mobile parking ticket to a mobile terminal of a receiver who is a driver to whom the mobile parking ticket is allocated, and whom drives a vehicle and moves to the place, so as to allow the receiver to register a vehicle number using the mobile parking ticket, and entrance and exit of a vehicle entering/exiting from the parking lot is monitored using the issued mobile parking ticket and the registered vehicle number; and a mobile parking management system and method using the same.
