Abstract:
According to the present invention, a track can be arranged in an oval or circular shape and a back cover can be UV-coated while being properly tilted for UV coating through the position of a position-variable rail installed on the upper surface of the track, thereby increasing work efficiency and maintaining an excellent and uniform coating state. The present invention comprises: a frame supported by multiple support legs; a table installed on the upper part of the frame; a planar track arranged on the upper surface of the table; an entrance/exit for supplying and discharging a back cover to be coated at one side of the track; a coating unit disposed on the left side of the entrance/exit so as to perform UV coating on the surface of the back cover; a curing unit disposed on the right side of the entrance/exit so as to perform curing by emitting UV lamp light onto the upper surface of the back cover having passed through the coating unit; a carrier mounted on the track to clamp the back cover to be coated and move the back cover along the track; and a tilting means installed on the track and carrier to switch the back cover to a vertical state, an upward state, and a horizontal state so that coating, transportation, and drying can be easily performed.
