Abstract:
A mobile platform-based micro biomass synthetic oil method and system, the method comprising integrating on a mobile platform a biomass raw material gasification unit, a synthetic gas purification conversion unit, and a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis unit that are connected in sequence and, after the mobile platform is flexibly transported according to requirements to a biomass distribution site or a set handling site, directly implementing a process for producing synthetic oil on the mobile platform. The system comprises a biomass raw material gasification unit used for gasification of biomass, a synthetic gas purification conversion unit used for purification and conversion of crude synthetic gas, and a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis unit used for implementing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis on the purified and converted synthetic gas all integrated onto a mobile platform. This system can be moved by means of being mounted on a mobile platform, and production activity is implemented thereupon, having the advantages of being on a micro scale, movable, economically feasible, flexible, and convenient.
