Abstract:
Disclosed is a mobile ventilation, dust-removal and cooling integrated device for a mine underground roadway driving face. The device comprises a ventilation system, a dust removal and cooling system, a condenser (16), an activated carbon adsorption system, a device housing (9) and a base system. The ventilation system provides power and a channel for an air flow to flow in, a roadway driving-face air flow passes through the dust removal and cooling system to achieve four-stage dust removal and two-stage cooling effects, the dust removal effect may be further enhanced with the use of a dust suppressant, and at the same time, the cyclic utilization of sewage is achieved; and moisture contained in the air flow is further removed by means of the condenser (16), the activated carbon adsorption system is used for purifying water-insoluble harmful gases in the air flow, and finally, the purified air flow is conveyed to the driving face, such that the air temperature, dust and blast fume concentration at the driving face on an air return side are effectively reduced, and the harm to a human body is also reduced. Due to the combination of the base system and the rail in the roadway, the whole device can move on a mine car rail in a roadway and is convenient to use.
