Abstract:
Disclosed are a modified carbon nanotube, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method of the modified carbon nanotube comprises the following steps: subjecting 1,2:5,6-dioxyisopropylidene-D-glucofuranose and an anhydride as raw materials to an esterification reaction to obtain a monomer of 1,2:5,6-dioxyisopropylidene-D-glucofuranose ester, the anhyride includes at least one unsaturated double bond structure; subjecting the monomer of 1,2:5,6-dioxyisopropylidene-D-glucofuranose ester to a homopolymerization reaction to obtain a polymer of 1,2:5,6-dioxyisopropylidene-D-glucofuranose ester; reacting the polymer of 1,2:5,6-dioxyisopropylidene-D-glucofuranose ester with a weak acid to obtain a polyglucose ester, and subjecting the polyglucose ester to a grafting reaction with a carbon nanotube to obtain the modified carbon nanotube. By using a glucose group-containing polymer to modify a carbon nanotube, the preparation method of the modified carbon nanotube can be applied to prepare a reagent for detecting a cancer cell.
