Abstract:
A modified impact resistant rigid PVC material and a preparation method therefor. The material comprises the following components: PVC resin powder, spiral carbon fiber, a heat stabilizer, a plasticizer, an impact resistance agent, a lubricant, and a flame retardant. The use of spiral carbon fiber significantly enhances the tensile strength and impact resistance of the material, and due to the special shape of the spiral structure, the toughness of the material can also be increased.
