Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a modified polyolefin resin composition having a high polyethylene content, said modified polyolefin resin composition achieving good adhesion to polyethylene substrates and metals and good low-temperature stability in a balanced manner. The present invention provides a modified polyolefin resin which is a graft-modified product obtained by modifying a polyolefin resin that has an ethylene structural unit content of 50 mol% or more (component (A)) with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof (component (B)) and a (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by general formula (I) (component (C)), wherein the extrapolated melting end temperature (Tem) of the modified polyolefin resin is 58°C or less as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter at a heating rate of 10°C/minute in accordance with JIS K7121 (1987).
