Disclosed is a modular sorting platform, comprising a supporting structure (5) and a combined platform; the combined platform is mounted on the supporting structure, and the combined platform is composed of a plurality of platform modules. The plurality of platform modules comprise: an uploading module (1), comprising an uploading module table for forming a table surface of the combined platform, an input position for receiving goods to be sorted, and an uploading module connection portion for connection with other platform modules; and an unloading module (2), comprising an unloading module table for forming the table surface of the combined platform, an output position for outputting goods, and an unloading module connection portion for connection with other platform modules. Further disclosed is a goods sorting system comprising the modular sorting platform. The modular sorting platform and the goods sorting system meet the actual demands and facilitate the required sorting business.
