Abstract:
A modular standard battery box (1). The interior of the modular standard battery box comprises a battery module (1001), a battery module connection busbar (1002), a battery module control wire harness (1003), a battery information collection module (1004), a battery fire detection device (1005), a battery heating assembly (1006), and a battery quick repair insurance device (1008). The exterior of the battery box (1) comprises a battery box body (103), a battery box top cover (107), a battery box electrical access door (102), a battery positive interface (101+), a battery negative interface (101-), a battery signal control interface (101S), an external fire extinguishing interface (101F_P), a battery box quick repair and maintenance device (101QCD), modular stacking bolts (104), a battery box hoisting interface (105), and an external fire extinguisher mounting interface (106). Therefore, the modular standard battery box (1) is used in conjunction with a connected in-parallel/series power source allocation unit (2, 4) that is used in different use scenes so as to perform combined design on the battery box (1), and thus, the present invention can meet the requirements of different energy magnitudes and multiple power systems, and can be applicable for the power requirements of different special devices; the standardized design of the battery box (1) may be matched with a battery management system to perform battery system modularization, and the stepped use and safety management of different devices.
