Abstract:
The present invention pertains to moisture-absorbing, heat-emitting feathers in which an amino-denatured silicone compound is bonded to feathers via a cationic fixing agent. The cationic fixing agent is preferably a quaternary ammonium salt. The bonding amount of the amino-denatured silicone compound is preferably 0.01-10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the feathers. The mass ratio (amino-denatured silicone compound/cationic fixing agent) of the amino-denatured silicone compound and the cationic fixing agent is preferably 1/2-35/1. There are thereby provided moisture-absorbing, heat-emitting feathers that have high moisture absorption and heat emission properties and also have excellent water repellency, a method for producing the moisture-absorbing, heat-emitting feathers, a feathered product, and a feather treatment agent kit.
