Abstract:
A moisture content detection system (1) for a material, a moisture content detection method for a material, and a mixing station. The moisture content detection system (1) for a material comprises: a dispensing device (10) comprising multiple dispensing chambers; a material conveyance device used to convey a material in each of the dispensing chambers outward; an online moisture content detection device (40) disposed on a conveyance channel of the material conveyance device and used to detect the moisture content of the material passing through the conveyance channel. Int the moisture content detection system (1) for a material, the online moisture content detection device (40) is disposed above the conveyance channel of a material, such that the online moisture content detection device (40) is capable of detecting the moisture content of each dispensing chamber without contacting the material, and the online moisture content detection device (40) does not receive an impact from the material, thereby effectively increasing the service life of the online moisture content detection device (40). In addition, the invention requires only one set of the online moisture content detection device (40) to be provided, thereby significantly reducing a production cost for companies.
