Abstract:
A mold (1) is provided with a mold main body (11) including an upper mold (111) and a lower mold (112), and a cooling means (12). At least one of a forming surface (113) of the upper mold (111) and a forming surface (115) of the lower mold (112) includes a recessed or stepped relief portion (114, 116). The relief portions (114, 116) are formed in positions in the forming surfaces (113, 115) that correspond to a boundary part (73) of a metal plate (71, 72) of a material (7), in such a way that gaps (C1, C2) are generated between the relief portions (114, 116) and the boundary part (73) in a state in which the mold main body (11) has been closed. In a state in which the mold main body (11) has been closed, the cooling means (12) locally cools the boundary part (73) by supplying a refrigerant into the gaps (C1, C2) through a supply conduit (121) and discharging the refrigerant from the gaps (C1, C2) through a discharge conduit (122).
