This molded body comprises: a molded body base including a polypropylene and a fibrous reinforcing material; and a resin sheet containing at least a resin layer and covering at least a portion of the surface of the molded body base, wherein the polypropylene has a crystallization rate of at least 0.6 min-1 at 135°C.
