Abstract:
This molded hook-and-loop fastener comprises: base parts (11, 81); right and left outer wall parts (20, 50) which are arranged on the upper surfaces of the base parts (11, 81) in the length direction; a plurality of engagement elements (13) which are arranged between the right and left outer wall parts (20, 50); and right and left magnetic wall parts (30, 30a, 30b, 30c) which are arranged between the outer wall parts (20, 50) and the engagement elements (13) in the length direction. This molded hook-and-loop fastener is molded by melting and integrating a first synthetic resin and a second synthetic resin that contains magnetic particles with each other. At least the upper end portions of the outer wall parts (20, 50) are formed only of the first synthetic resin, while at least the upper end portions of the magnetic wall parts (30, 30a, 30b, 30c) are formed only of the second synthetic resin. Consequently, the right and left magnetic wall parts (30, 30a, 30b, 30c) are able to be formed into predetermined shapes in a stable manner. In addition, the outer wall parts (20, 50) and the engagement elements (13) are able to be formed into predetermined shapes, while having adequate strengths, in a stable manner.
