Abstract:
A molding having a high pullulan content which has excellent stability to moisture changes, in contrast to conventional high−pullulan−content moldings, which have poor stability to moisture changes&semi a process for producing the high−pullulan−content molding which comprises incorporating a given amount of $g(a),$g(a) −trehalose together with pullulan to thereby enhance stability to moisture changes&semi and a use of the high−pullulan−content molding obtained by the process.
