Abstract:

A molding apparatus, and a cigarette filter rod and preparation method therefor. The molding apparatus comprises a single screw extrusion system and a cooling sizing system; the single screw extrusion system comprises a feeder (1) and an extruder (2); the feeder (1) is provided on the extruder (2); the extruder (2) comprises a cylinder (11), a heater (3) is provided outside the cylinder (11), and a screw (4) is provided inside the cylinder (11), and one end of the cylinder (11) is provided with a mouth model (5); the cooling sizing system comprises a circular tube (7) and a cooler (6); the cooler (6) is provided outside the circular tube (7); one end of the circular tube (7) is docked with the mouth model (5) of the extruder (2); multiple groups of grooves (4-2) are provided on a thread (4-1) of the head of the screw (4). By means of the innovation and improvement of the existing single screw extruder, the extruder can meet the requirements of extrusion and bonding molding of tobacco powder and other raw materials, continuous production of hollow filter rods is achieved, and the defect in the prior art that the single screw extruder is difficult to adapt to the processing of non-thermoplastic material is solved; natural plant materials are used as main raw materials, facilitating obtaining the low-cost, environmentally-friendly, and unique cigarette filter rod.
