Abstract:
Disclosed is a molding method for a irregularly shaped pipe fitting for the field of communications, comprising the following steps: (1) placing a PTFE dispersion resin on a vibrating screen to separate large impurities and agglomerates; (2) mixing the PTFE dispersion resin and a co-extrusion agent to obtain a mixture; (3) heating the mixture for curing; (4) sifting the cured mixture using the vibrating screen, and performing preliminary compression on the sifted mixture to obtain a pre-compressed blank; (5) compressing and extruding the pre-compressed blank from a die using a PTFE dispersion extrusion device to obtain an irregularly shaped product; (6) sintering the extruded irregularly shaped product. The present method is used for molding a irregularly shaped pipe fitting for the field of communications, and the prepared irregularly shaped pipe fitting has a pipe wall that is not easy to deform, and does not have defects such as air holes and cracks.
