Abstract:
Disclosed is a molten ceramic sand preparation system comprising a melting furnace, wherein one side of the melting furnace is provided with a blowing pipe used for blowing materials; and the molten ceramic sand preparation system further comprises a cooling roller, a smoke dust collecting cover and a roller furnace used for heating, wherein the other side of the melting furnace is provided with the cooling roller, molten flow discharged from the melting furnace is crushed into liquid drops by means of airflow discharged from the blowing pipe and blown into the cooling roller, the two ends of the cooling roller are of open structure, the end of the cooling roller away from the blowing pipe is connected to the smoke dust collecting cover, one end of the roller furnace is arranged in the smoke dust collecting cover and is in communication with the cooling roller, the other end of the roller furnace is connected to a combustion chamber, the roller furnace is connected to the combustion chamber in a sealed manner, a discharging port is provided in the bottom of the combustion chamber, and a combustor is connected to the combustion chamber. A glassy structure in a sand matrix is converted from a glassy state to a crystalline state mullite under heating conditions, such that the internal stress of sand is reduced, the crushing resistance of the sand is improved, and the use performance of the sand is ensured by means of the process.
