Abstract:
The present invention provides a monitoring system for a care facility or a hospital, which is capable of notifying, at higher determination accuracy than that of a conventional system, a monitoring person of information relating to degrees of necessity of care according to different care standards for each monitoring subject person in a hospital, a care facility, or the like.　A monitoring system 100 is provided with: an image-capturing unit 120, a monitoring subject specifying unit 131, an operation recognition unit 132, a care standard storage unit 133, a treatment reference storage unit 134 capable of registering a treatment reference on a care standard basis; a treatment necessity/unnecessity determination unit 135 for determining whether a treatment for the monitoring subject person is necessary or not by checking a combination of a care standard and an operation against the treatment reference on the care standard basis; and a treatment request notification output unit 140 for outputting a treatment request notification in the case where the treatment necessity/unnecessity determination unit 135 determines that the treatment is necessary.
