Abstract:
The invention pertains to radioelectronics and can be used for developing a device for frequency-based signal selection. The invention in essence lies in the fact that the filter contains a piezoelectric disc (1) made of lanthanum-gallium silicate, two pairs of overlapping exciter electrodes (2, 3 and 4, 5), and outputs (6). In the device in question, ratios of electrode length in the direction of the acoustic link axis, electrode surface area and disc thickness were experimentally selected to permit broadening of the frequency range towards the higher frequencies. The proposed filter design enhances the temperature stability of the mean filter frequency through a wide range of positive temperatures while also reducing the level of secondary frequency bands which pass through.
