Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an MOS transistor fixing structure for an electric vehicle controller, comprising a controller housing, a circuit board mounted inside the housing, and an MOS transistor soldered on the circuit board, the MOS transistor adhering to an inner wall of the housing. Further comprised are an elastic piece and a screw mounted on the housing and used to press on and secure the elastic piece. One end of the elastic piece abuts the MOS transistor, and another end abuts the screw. The present structure features excellent thermal conductivity, and because the elastic piece is arranged in a gap between a support platform and a barrier block, the elastic piece will not easily slide off. In addition, the present structure features simple mounting, solving the problem in the existing market that many elastic pieces are not easy to disassemble and assemble, and improving mounting efficiency.
