Abstract:
A protruded portion (73) of a positioning part (70) of a reservoir plate (60) is inserted (fitted) into a hole (96) in a transaxle case (95), and a converter housing (90) and the transaxle case (95) are fastened together while the protruded portion (73) is in a state of being inserted in the hole (96), thereby fixing the reservoir plate (60) in a state of being sandwiched by the converter housing (90) and the transaxle case (95). As a result, a step in which the reservoir plate (60) is fixed to a transmission case (89) can be more easily performed (i.e. work can be simplified) in comparison to when bolts are used to fix the reservoir plate (60) to the converter housing (90) and the transaxle case (95).
