Abstract:
A motor armature (100), a motor and a winding method for a motor armature (100). The motor armature (100) comprises an iron core (1) and a first winding (2) wound around the iron core (1); the iron core (1) comprises a yoke portion (11) and a plurality of tooth portions (12) which surround the yoke portion (11) and are arranged at intervals; the first winding (2) comprises a first winding inlet wire (21), a plurality of first coils (22) continuously wound around several tooth portions (12) from the first winding inlet wire (21), first gap bridge wires (23) connecting every two adjacent first coils (22), and a first winding outlet wire (24) leading out of the first winding (2) from the first coils (22); and at least one tooth portion (12) is arranged between and apart from two tooth portions (12) of two adjacent first coils (22) for winding the first winding (2), and the first gap bridge wire (23) is wound around the tooth portion (12) between the two adjacent first coils (22). By winding the first gap bridge wires (23) around the tooth portions (12) between every two adjacent first coils (22), the motor armature (100) can not only stabilize the first gap bridge wires (23) in cases where there is no terminal, but also does not occupy an end face area of the yoke portion (11), thereby facilitating process positioning, support, etc., and simplifying the tooling.
